2025 Jr. Whip-Purs Football Registration

Welcome to the 2025 Jr Whip-Purs Football Season Registration!


Following the success of our 2025 Season which included 6 of our 10 competitive teams reaching the playoffs, 1 State Runner-Up and 1 State Champion, we are excited to welcome you back and run it again. The Hampshire Jr Whip-Purs is the only programs in the region specifically designed with the intent to bring together future Hampshire High School athletes at a young age, allowing them to grow, learn and ultimately together. Our eyes are always set on the future, and we are excited for your children to be a part of it! This registration session allows you to:

  • Provide your contact details
  • Enroll for participation
  • Electronically sign league documents
  • Submit payment securely

Please review each page carefully to ensure all information is accurate. To complete your registration on our secure platform, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or ACH Bank Account details ready.

Registration Policy:


In order to facilitate a smooth and successful season for our young athletes and their families, HYF&C reserves the right to decline registration for participants or families who are not in good standing with our organization or have violated the Parent/Guardian Code of Conduct Agreement. You may appeal this decision before the Board of Directors by petitioning for a change in your status.

Family Discount Program:


Are you part of a big family looking to register multiple players? The more the merrier! Enjoy a $50 discount for each additional child. To ensure the discount is applied:

  1. Register all players during the same session.
  2. On the Review Page, click "Register Another Player" to add each child to the same order.


Fundraising Offset Program:


HYF&C parents spoke loud and clear that they dislike participating in multiple fundraisers. Rather than become professional fundraisers, our parents just want to focus on cheering their kids from the stands and enjoying the season. We not only heard you, but we took action! Now we offer an opportunity to offset registration fees through a single raffle with ticket sales fronted at the time of registration. This allows us to reach our fundraising goals without continually asking our families to sell candy, pizzas, or other micro-fundraisers.

Here's how it works:

  • Upon registration, each athlete will receive 15 raffle tickets.
  • Sell the tickets and keep up to $150 to offset your registration fees.
  • Or, keep the tickets for a chance to win cash prizes in our Annual Raffle. Prize amounts will vary based on the number of enrolled athletes.


Payment Options:


Option 1: Pay in Full:

  • Complete your payment online today using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or ACH Bank Account.


Option 2: Payment Plan:

  • Secure your registration with an initial payment. The remaining fees will be divided into 6 monthly installments:
  • First payment due: March 1, 2025
  • Subsequent payments will be automatically deducted on the 1st of each month through August 1, 2025.

2025 Divisions of Play:


HYF&C participates in Chicagoland Pop Warner, which organizes play by age groups. For the 2025 season, eligibility is based on your child's age as of July 31, 2025.

Our goal is to offer two teams per level: Competitive (Division 2) team & Developmental (Division 3) team. If enrollment does not yield enough players to field two teams, the Coaches and Staff will evaluate the talent level of the team to determine which Division better suits the team, and will provide the most competitive environment to learn and grow.

If enrollment allows for more than one team, individual players will be evaluated on athletic ability, team needs, experience, understanding of the game and other factors. These decisions are made by our experienced football leadership and coaching staff and are final. Please note:

  • Coach and teammate requests cannot be accommodated.
  • If we cannot field two teams, priority will be given to returning players, and refunds will be issued accordingly.
  • Coaches will have final say on where a child is placed.

Refund Policy:


Refund requests will be evaluated on a case by case basis. After practices begin, no refunds will be provided. If a jersey has already been purchased, $100 will be deducted from the refund to cover the jersey cost, and the player will keep the jersey.

Wait-List Information:


If your division is full, join the wait-list by clicking the link provided under that division. If a second team opens, you'll be notified to complete the registration process. We will do our best to make sure every child that wants to play football will have a home with the Jr Whip-Purs.
